A platform takes engineering to build, and a team to keep it useful. My consulting work brings those two responsibilities together.
The problem
Cloud modernization touches architecture, deployment, day-to-day operations, reliability, and cost. At Applied AI Consulting, my work has spanned that whole operating picture alongside the engineers delivering it.
My work
As Co-Founder & Director, Platforms, I led customer-facing DevOps and SRE consulting across AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes deployments, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, monitoring, reliability, and cloud cost control.
I managed and mentored a team of 30+ DevOps and SRE engineers. The work combined hands-on engineering and architecture with team enablement; earlier at REAN Cloud, I also delivered Chef and Ansible workshops.

What came out of it
The team delivered customer infrastructure, automation, deployment, monitoring, and operations programs. My role combined technical ownership with supporting the engineers doing that work.
