OpsRabbit
An alert is a starting point. The useful work is finding the context, understanding what happened, and deciding what to do next.
The problem
An investigation spans more than an alert: system context, earlier events, runbooks, and the conversation around them. OpsRabbit brings those pieces into a persistent investigation that teams can continue in the web app, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
My work
I built OpsRabbit from the ground up, owning the product architecture, user experience, and core platform. That work includes normalizing alerts, creating or reusing investigation threads, preserving event history, running AI analysis, and delivering follow-ups to the originating tools.
I also built the controls around the investigation: scoped integrations, access control, secret storage, approvals, command guardrails, redaction, and optional isolated execution.

What came out of it
